Hello.

We are currently in search of qualified Level III cPanel Technical Support Engineers for our Reseller Hosting Division.

Have the ability to work with customers in a prompt, cheerful, and professional manner.
Go above and beyond to help out a customer with showing extraordinary customer service skills

Job Requirement;

Minimum 4 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
Has experience with cPanel/WHM, WHMCS, CentOS, CloudLinux SolusVM and OpenVZ etc.
Has a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as Mail, DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc.
Has a reliable high speed internet connection and a backup internet connection.
Must be fluent in written English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities;

Provide knowledgeable front-line technical support for Reseller Hosting Customers using our 24/7/365 support helpdesk and/or live chat system.
Respond to server alerts, abuse alerts etc as needed.

Added Advantage:

If you have any working experience with a company that specialized in reseller hosting would be an added advantage.
